Growing up is TOUGH!  Peer conflict, school pressures, sibling strife, self-esteem struggles, worries, frustrations...and the list goes on.  Social and Emotional skills are vital in navigating these stressor and that’s where Level Up comes in!

Level Up is created and facilitated by a licensed therapist and registered play therapist.  Each week, the group will learn, engage, and practice new skills, including:

-emotional awareness and expression

-mindfulness techniques

-gratitude exercises

-the benefits of physical movement

-emotional regulation

-deep breathing methods
